Innovative Workshops für mentale Stärke und persönliches Wachstum - immer mit einer Prise Leichtigkeit.

Neurodiversität wird hier in den Mittelpunkt gestellt. In den Workshops widmen wir uns gezielt Themen rund um mentale Gesundheit, Körper- und Selbstbewusstsein, Selbstliebe, Selbstakzeptanz und Achtsamkeit.

Oder auch einfach "nur" dem Spüren und Formen von Ton mit passenden Inputs und viel Humor für eine unbeschwert vergnügte Zeit.
